Flower Clips!

Yay! My first craft post! Luckily I make these all the time and these are super easy! Get the little kids in your neighborhood to help you make these!

*Things you need*
1 package of fake flowers, any color and size
Butter knife
1 package (or more if you are using more then 10-25 flowers) silver hair slide-in clips. NOT BARRETTS!
Sisscors
Glue gun, already heated and ready to use.

*Directions*
1. If the flower has a stem, cut it using the sisscors until the flower has a tiny stub at the bottom of it. 2. Take one hair clip, open it and slide the butter knife in the middle of the clip. 3. Take the glue gun and put a little glue on top of the clip, and quickly place the flower you cut on top of the glue. 4. When dry, take the butter knife out of the clip and open and close the clip a few times to make sure the clip is not sealed shut by the glue. If the clip is sealed shut, pry it open with the knife. Enjoy! P.S, the clips can go on headbands, etc.

The flower should look something like this. (Bottom picture is not mine!)

Hey Guys!

Hey, guys! Welcome to my 2nd blog, Junk Heap Crafts! My first blog, Pretty Little Bakers, took me away from my love of crafts, so I created this 2nd blog to help heal the wound. On this blog, you will see a lot of crafts I didn't make up, so if you see a * at the beginning of a craft, you know I got it from another website. Cheers to you all and have a nice day! P.S, the picture is of a newborn monkey at the Melborne Zoo! So cute!
